The ideal candidate for this role brings calm, cool, collected energy and would be described as gentle, kind, and neat. These parents value your skillset and strong communication skills and team mentality. Mom plans on breastfeeding and is looking for an NCS that can be with her toddlers for those times while she is feeding baby girl.
