This includes managing the fleet, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in the automotive industry, and a keen understanding of commercial vehicle operations. Key Responsibilities: Fleet Management:

• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of commercial vehicles.
• Ensure the fleet is well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental at all times.
• Monitor vehicle performance and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Implement efficient systems for vehicle tracking and inventory management.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and rental agreements in a professional manner.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies.

• Drive sales and achieve rental targets through effective marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and offers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of rental agents and support staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and generate reports on rental income, expenses, and other key metrics.
• Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Manage risk and minimize liabilities associated with vehicle rentals.

• Minimum of 5years of experience in commercial vehicle rental management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using rental management software and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

• Experience in managing a large fleet of commercial vehicles.
• Strong network within the commercial vehicle industry.
• Sales and marketing expertise.

• Full-time position, with occasional requirements for evening and weekend work.
• Office and on-site work environments.
• Some travel may be required.
