Job Description:

• Responsible for increasing prospects from specific regional markets as directed by the Director of Admissions and Marketing.
• Bring awareness to ATCC's unique and high demand workforce programs and transfer pathway options.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, high school visits, career fairs, community presentations, and special events.
• Assist the Admissions Department in processing applications and on-campus events.
• Travel to specific regional markets is required. When not in travel status, this person will telecommute with some required time at the ATCC campus.

Required Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma/degree
• Valid Minnesota Class D driver's license (cannot have more than 2 moving violations in the last 5 years)
• Ability to travel independently on behalf of the college. Overnight travel is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication presentation skills (oral and written)
• Ability to cultivate relationships with prospective students and high school counselors
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reside in northwest metro or St. Cloud area
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of two-year colleges
• Four-year degree
• Experience in higher education recruiting
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment/sales concepts
• Highly motivated
• Knowledge of customer relationship management ( CRM ) systems
• Knowledge of FERPA and Minnesota Data Practices Act

Other Requirements:

NOTICE : In accordance with the Minnesota State Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
