Montgomery College has an immediate opening for a Recruitment and College Access Specialist. Under the supervision and direction of the department manager, this position is responsible for using data analysis to manage a territory of prospective student profiles to align with the College's enrollment goals. The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing activities to attract, engage and convert prospective students.
Strategies may involve contact with multiple constituencies, such as direct interaction with the general public, faculty, staff, students, student representatives, and representatives of outside entities such as public and private schools, professional, and other community organizations for the purpose of supporting the recruitment and enrollment of students.
The position is a grade 23, non-exempt, bargaining position located in Rockville, MD. Hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:30 am -5:00pm, with some evening and weekend hours as needed. One (1) day of telework may be granted based on the needs of the unit

Hiring Range: $25.18 - $32.73 per hour. S alary placement is based on candidate experience and internal equity.
