Property Manager

100-120K

Role:

As a Property Manager, this individual will be responsible for the management and operation of the assigned commercial office properties. This would include but not limited to supervising all on-site personnel, providing excellent customer service to tenants, control operating costs and implementing business plan.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct all on-site personnel, including 3rd party contractors
Supporting the property and corporate strategic plan
Ensure exceptional customer service to all new tenants during their move-in process
Prepare and guide Tenant Improvement budgets, including all other Capital projects
Work with property accountants to understand property financials including historical trends and variance analysis
Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with outside contractors to provide management services
Identifying efficiencies and participate in sustainability initiatives, as applicable
Manage approved capital to ensure that all assigned properties are operating within budget
Fostering key relationships within the community and tenants

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and State Real-Estate license is required
4+ years of prior real estate property management or assistant property management
Prior experience with industrial or commercial office space
The ability to work with all levels of professionals

Working Situation:

This will be an in office position.
