Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our roofing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and managing resources effectively to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roofing projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with construction processes and regulations.
