Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Reporting to the Anatomic Pathology Supervisor, incumbent is responsible for all administrative functions of the Anatomic Pathology office, including release of results to physicians, preparation for interdepartmental conferences and acquire all relevant past and current cases, locate all surgical reports and slides, basic data entry, and telephone reception. Independently coordinates outside slide consult requests, which includes: tracking & monitoring request through the process, obtaining the necessary billing information, ensuring appropriate documentation is obtained and complete, and monitoring turn-around times. In addition, provides assistance with report distribution, slide filing, and responding to requests for information.

Required Qualifications: - Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime as assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Pathology procedures and CoPath system (Desired)
