Private Family is looking for an Experienced, Live-In Nanny in Miami, FL! 
Must Drive and have Infant and Toddler Experience!

Are you an experienced, warm, and nurturing nanny looking for a wonderful family to join in Miami, FL? This family is seeking a dedicated and caring live-in nanny for their two delightful sons, aged 2 years (B) and 11 months (B). The ideal candidate is someone who will become an integral part of the family, providing loving care and support to their kids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Morning Routine (6:00/7:00 am - 10:00 am):

    • Wake the children and get them ready for the day.
    • Prepare and serve breakfast.
    • Pack lunches and snacks for daycare.
    • Drive the children to daycare for a 9:00 am start time.
    • Light housekeeping tasks such as children's laundry and tidying up after breakfast.
  • Daytime (10:00 am - 2:00/2:30 pm): **Exact hours can be determined and the family is open and flexible during the middle of the day**

    • Generally, this is your time off.
  • Afternoon and Evening Routine (2:00/2:30 pm - 8:00 pm):

    • Pick up the children from daycare at 3:00 pm.
    • Engage in play and activities with the children at home.
    • Assist with preparing and serving kid's dinner.
    • Support with the evening routine including baths, getting ready for bed, and bedtime around 8:00 pm.
    • Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as needed.
  • Flexibility:

    • Be available for full daytime support when children are home from daycare (due to illness, holidays, etc.). This would require a full day rather than a split shift schedule.
    • Willingness to travel with the family both domestically and internationally.
    • Availability to help for a few hours on weekends (either Saturday or Sunday), with a day off during the week in exchange.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a nanny, especially with young children, including infants and toddlers.
  • Driving: An excellent, safe, and responsible driver.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Personality: Friendly, flexible, honest, trustworthy, responsible, and an excellent communicator.
  • Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team with the parents, who will also be involved in childcare.
  • Availability: Willingness to work split shifts and occasional full days when needed.

Position Requirements
  • Work Hours: - This would be a split shift schedule with approximate hours as follows: 6:00/7:00 AM - 9:30 AM and 2:30 - 8:00 PM when kids are in daycare; when kids are not in daycare (if home sick or for a holiday, etc.) hours would be closer to 8:00 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM; Family would also like help one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and are flexible on the schedule for that. Will give days off during the week to compensate.
  • Languages: English (Must be able to effectively communicate in English)
  • Experience: 05 Years of Experience
  • References: Minimum of 2 References
  • Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
Position Compensation
  • Salary: $1500-1600/week, on payroll, based on 40-45 hours/week, DOE. Negotiable for the right candidate
  • Living Accommodations: Live-In, Private Bedroom/Bathroom
  • Vacation: 2 weeks
  • Additional Benefits: Paid Major Holidays
