Job Description:Position Overview: As an HR Generalist at Augmentjobs, you will be a key player in managing and executing a wide range of HR functions. You will support the HR department by handling various administrative tasks, providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Your role will be essential in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering effective employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including benefits, policies, and workplace issues. Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees.
Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs. Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist with compensation-related activities, such as salary reviews and adjustments.
HR Administration: Handle HR administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases. Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations. Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Certifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
