What You'll Do:
As a Healthcare Recruiter with Dower Personnel Services, you'll be the driving force behind connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with facilities that need them. Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Be a Talent Scout: Identify, source, and engage top-tier healthcare candidates (like RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) who are eager to make a difference.
• Create Perfect Matches: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and match them with the right talent.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with healthcare professionals and clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
• Make Deals Happen: Handle negotiations, offers, and placements with finesse to ensure a win-win for candidates and clients.

• You're a natural connector with a proven track record in healthcare recruiting!
• You're a go-getter who loves setting and crushing goals.
• You're tech-savvy and comfortable with your own tools and resources for sourcing candidates (databases, job boards, recruiting tools) recruiting tools, social media, and ATS.
• You're driven by success and thrive in a commission-only environment where your efforts directly impact your earnings.

How You'll Be Compensated:

• 100% Commission-Based: Earn an attractive commission of 40% per successful placement, with no cap on earnings.
