Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Remote Clinical Therapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct Therapy Sessions
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions through video conferencing.
Assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy to help clients progress toward their goals.
Client Care and Communication
Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.
Offer compassionate communication, guidance, and emotional support to clients throughout their treatment.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each client, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ensure confidentiality and compliance with all relevant policies.
Collaboration and Consultation
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists, to deliver integrated care.
Participate in case consultations to share insights, ask questions, and collaborate on treatment strategies.
Professional Development
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Participate in training and educational opportunities to grow in your role and expand your therapeutic knowledge.
Requirements
Education
A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Licensure
Current licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) in the United States.
Experience
0-2 years of experience in clinical therapy, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Certifications/Licenses
Certification in a therapy modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is a plus but not required.
