Cabana Runner/Waiter at Splash Summit Waterpark

As a Cabana Waiter, you'll be the life of the party, delivering excellent customer service with a smile as you serve our guests in our comfortable cabanas. You'll get to interact with guests of all ages, creating memorable experiences and helping them have the best day ever at the waterpark!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders to cabanas
• Make recommendations from our mouthwatering menu, including juicy burgers, refreshing ice-cold drinks, and tempting treats
• Keep the cabanas clean and tidy, ensuring they are stocked with all necessary amenities
• Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency
• Assist with setting up cabanas to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older with a valid food handler's permit
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other cabana waiters and park staff to create an unforgettable guest experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
