Job Description Body Shop Assistant Manager Job Location: Bismarck, North Dakota Description of the role: As a Body Shop Assistant Manager at Eide Ford Lincoln, you will be responsible for assisting the Body Shop Manager in overseeing all operations of the body shop department. You will ensure that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of quality in repair work. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with the team and customers. Estimating experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Body Shop Manager in managing and coordinating daily operations of the body shop
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Supervise body shop technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an automotive body shop is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and processes is preferred but not required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license
