Job Posting:

Urgently seeking an BCBA with an organization that works with special needs children. The BCBA position is full time.

Essential Duties of the BCBA:

* Comply with Laws, Rules and Regulations governing provision of care for patients in Texas
* Supervise RBTs
* Develop and implement behavior treatment plans
* Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
* Develop and implement skills acquisition social skills programs
* Monitor client's programming needs
* Collaborate with other team members of the child's education environment

Qualifications of the BCBA:

* REQUIRED: Master's Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
* Must be licensed as BCBA
* 2 years of previous experience working with special needs children to include individuals with autism spectrum disorder
* Excellent Leadership, interpersonal, time management, communication, writing, problem solving skills
* Team player
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of ABA including DTT (will be required)
