Job Description

A prestigious and nationally recognized firm is seeking an experienced LIHTC Attorney in California. Qualified applicants will have 10+ years of experience in Affordable Housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

Qualifications

* JD from an accredited law school
* Admitted to practice and in good standing in CA
* Minimum of 4 years of experience
* In-depth knowledge of LIHTC regulations, tax laws, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and parternship taxation
* Familiarty working with government agencies and processes
* Ability to lead and run deals with little to no supervision
* Strong communication skills, enthusiastic team player
