Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Office/AR Manager. This unique opportunity allows you to shape the position from the ground up, working closely with our team to streamline operations and maintain our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and invoicing processes
- Handle initial client calls for information collection
- Maintain and organize receipts and invoices
- Manage CRM system efficiently
- Prepare weekly reports and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Provide impeccable customer service both in person and on the phone
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the roofing and storm restoration industry is advantageous
- A commitment to upholding ethical values and maintaining a strong moral compass
- Candidates must undergo a background check
What We Offer:
- Salary of $50-$60k (to be determined based on experience)
- Primarily remote role with the ability to meet 1x/week in Parker
- 4 weeks off annually
